Very unprofessional, They do not answer phone calls. return messages. after numerous attempts to call. Third time one of our caregivers quit and we have been left high and dry without any information to know whats going on. I'm very disappointed for their lack of care especially for a veteran.

This company and their staff went above and beyond to care for Mom when she needed it most. Mom loves having them come, they pay attention to detail, communicate well with the family, and really car about their patients. Highly recommend this company for the care provided out of Worthington.
They lie to you and use former empoyees that they said bad things of you and than they will dismiss you and say you were warn when it never happen and they will remove the care that you was to get and lie about it. NEVER GO TO THEM
Am not happy with this company, our cleaning lady has been a no show, and she, nor you guys have called us to tell us what's going on, about ready to find someone else.

Poor communication on the management part. Poor customer service. Rude to clients and social workers when they call in. Huge lack of proper training for they BOC. The current BOC has done everything possible to make herself look good so she could get the position. Lies through her teeth to make herself look good even though that if something went wrong and it was her fault. She would point fingers and blame someone else to management. they don't pay their employees after you leave and you have to wait a month+ for a check. communication sucks, they set you up fail.
