Needed a hot tub cover replacement. The office staff were able to get it for me and on rush. I wasn't able to take it away myself, but the owner helped drive it out first thing on a Saturday during a very windy and icy day. Was very helpful! Thanks all :)

International Pool & Spa Centres lead service tech Elmer just left our cottage and I'm astounded at the unbelievable service he provided on next to zero notice. We bought a Coast Spa from IPSC in Mississauga in 2021, and the heating element finally gave up sometime just before last weekend. I called the Barrie location as it's closer to where it's installed and did a bit of trouble shooting to determine it was likely just the heating element that needed replacing.
