The process of Buying a hot tub: 1. In shopping around for a hot tub, we visited numerous retail outlets and we ended up committing to buy our first tub from the Barrie location of International Pools & Spas, all because of how Vince took his time to explain everything from A-Z and was able to offer the best price and best package! 2. I got shock from this location smiles very strong chlorine but everyone I add to the pool the chlorine never melted stays on the bottom of the pool and create like a dust on the bottom and I have to manually vacuum it. It’s just bad bad I think it’s expired.
After taking down and setting up our pool for the last 4 years we finally decided to go to international pools talking with Vin was great when we walked in we were greeted in a very friendly matter and Vin explained everything in detail to us he was extremely nice to my kids letting the walk around the store and even allowed them each a float toy for their new pool. My Husband I just bought a Hot Tub from Vince. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped us stay in our budget and get exactly what we wanted in a Hot Tub. Lara has also been really helpful setting up a delivery date and all the guys and gals working in the store are super friendly and helpful:) we would definitely recommend this store:)
We had a wonderful experience in purchasing our new Coast Spa. We have always had great service from International Pool and Spa. Vince went the extra mile to help us. Can't wait to use the new Spa. Thank you again Vince !! Would recommend them
