We absolutely love our pool from International Pool and Spa! Vince was incredibly helpful and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. He even included our kids in the experience, which made it extra special for our family. Vince was always available to answer any questions we had along the way. I always receive great service and today was no different, I met Aaron when I took in a water sample. He was amazing, very friendly, quick and extremely knowledgeable, explaining all of what I needed to do and why and then he even took the time to write down on the back of the water sample report, every step of what I needed to do, with backwashing, chemicals, etc. and in the order I needed to do it! Thank you so much Aaron!
Vince in Barrie sold us our pool many years ago and has always helped with everything we need for the pool upkeep and repairs. We would % recommend.
