My new Coast Spa, purchased through International Pools, shut down New Year’s day and I called the Barrie location for service. I purchased a high-end hot tub for over $20,000, and while I love the product itself, I've had a frustrating experience with the hot tub cover and customer service.The hot tub cover, which was expected to last 3-4 years, deteriorated in less than 12 months. This rapid deterioration is unacceptable for a premium product and has significantly impacted our enjoyment of the hot tub. Have been nothing but helpful with my hot tub and pool. Big thumbs up.
We bought a hot tub from the Barrie location. Initially it wasn’t up to our expectations. It took a while (3-4 weeks) to get the service technician out to help. He was great ( Elmer , I think) and Vince came through in the end. Replacing the pump got the jets up to therapeutic levels and even the heater initially seems better. The test will be using it in the minus 10-20° temperatures we will have. Thanks Vince and Elmer.
The customer service representative was not serving customers rather she was on the phone for almost 20min. I have been waiting and ordered the water bags and asked her for the invoice. She refused to give me the invoice. When I asked her that I need to show it to my manager, she wrote on the back of the receipt. Even to get her write on the receipt I had to wait another 10min.
