This place is awesome and the staff is so friendly! Definitely a good place to go for anything pool/hot tub related! Highly recommended!
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a pool solar blanket online for pick up in Oakville. Confirmation email received ready for pick up. Get there, pool cover not in stock? Asked for refund said I need to call Head Office. Call them and email them and NO response. Called my credit card company to file a claim. DO NOT recommend! Funny enough, another lady came in to this store with exact same issue but settled for another cover.
Had amazing customer service from the store manager, Shawn. He was friendly, communicative, and gave me a great price with no pressure. This is my go-to place for all my pool needs.
Been a customer since 2007, friendly and knowledgable staff. But they now close for months at a time with no website/google update about when they re-opening. You sell hot tubs and you close all winter? Disappointing.
