Been a customer since 2007, friendly and knowledgable staff. But they now close for months at a time with no website/google update about when they re-opening. You sell hot tubs and you close all winter? Disappointing.

I went to the Speers location for water testing very frequently recently because my pool water has been getting really bad for the past month and needs to be treated. Every time I go there their staff is very patient. They do not try to sell me excess of what is needed. They often suggest to administer chemicals at a less rate then the test might indicate. I have also consulted with other pool stores, but I feel this store is the best so far.

Shawn, the manager, knows what he is talking about. He did avoid me spending extra money. I recommend this Oakville location, you won't regret it.

In an area where there are literally 4 pool and spa centres within a stones throw, this company stands out. I regularly use their Oakville location and have interacted with Thomas on a number of occasions there. Pool and spa purchases are always painful from a cost perspective. I had to replace my 19 year old Jandy Lite 2 and was shopping around. Thomas was exceptionally patient and helpful. He made the process as easy as possible.
