I visited this location several times over 3 years. Never had any issue, everyone was extremely nice and cared about the patients. The doctors are amazing!! I referred several patients here because that’s how great they were. But when I went to visit today they seemed to have a change of staff. Receptionist is very rude. You can’t even ask a question without her being hostile and defensive. As soon as I walked in I was told you have a balance of $105. We chose this facility because we are first time parentsans they said they have after hours service And when baby is sick on the weekends we call and NOBODY answer or calls back. When the call goes thru and it says to Leave a voicemail. The voicemail is full. Not recommended
Había sido la mejor clínica en la que he llevado mis 4 hijos por años en Gaithersburg pero desde que cambiaron el nombre de la clínica y a las recepcionistas y atención al cliente cambió para mal pésimamente mal al punto que estoy considerando seriamente cambiar de clínica de cabecera. Los actuales dueños deben de prestarle atención a esto que estoy diciendo porque no soy el único cliente que se queja del mal Servicio Al Cliente que da la recepcionista
Las recepcionistas lo atienenden con una cara larga , eso lo desmotiva a uno a seguir viniendo .
En el servicio de atención médica con la doctora y las enfermeras estamos bien,, pero con el servicio de atención al cliente en el Front Desk estamos malisimos,, pésimo el servicio que nos brindo la señorita con mala actitud como que se mantiene enojada,, vi que no atendió bien a mi esposa y después otro dia fui yo y pude ver que de igual manera tratar pésimo a otra madre que llevaba a sus hijos,, solo por no ser irrespetuoso no le dije nada pero ganas no me faltaron,, de verdad eso deja muy mala impresión de este lugar, deb... read more
