They definitely let me sit there while I waited for a text that never came 😂 after 10 minutes I went up to the door next to the dock and he said to back up and open door. Nobody was ever going to send me a text so just go to the door if nobody is backed in the dock already. Gone after 56 minutes

No communication once checked in was told by the website my appointment was fro 230 to 3 its now 335 and just getting backed in and no one told ne to back in or anything i just saw the dock was empty and backed in

Everyone is incredibly nice and kind, vending machines for the drivers now and they allow overnight parking too!! Can’t wait to come back.

Check in is by QR Code on the Stop Sign and/or on the Door. Recg is by Appointment Only. Roll stock Single Dock Recg is on the East side of building behind parked trailers. YA Never know if someone is on Break or Whether they got your Digital Check-in...🤷‍♂️ Unloading Times Very, depending on Break /Appointment time Collisions or Unldr .. themselves... Still waiting to see Human Activity currently in the Dock for 35 mins.
