Everyone at IPI is enthusiastic and dedicated to their work; great at following through with any project given to them. George is the best contact from any business I have needed to communicate with throughout my time of work.
This place was a really good delivery experience. Yes the docks are tight, but with the way the lot is set up backing into the docks shouldn't be a problem for even the newest rookie drivers. I got checked in parked in the dock and was unloaded in under an hour & the man running the shipping and receiving area was a pretty nice guy. Had a smile on his face and seemed like he was happy to be at work. Dealing with people that are happy to be doing their jobs just makes my whole day go better.
I had this company to package my flyers for a dj promotion and they did a poor job on the wrapping. I would give a 0 star rating if it was an option.
Awesome customer service... And an excellent production and piece work crew.
