I scheduled a Gel-X set with a natural cat-eye design, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Not only did I not receive a NATURAL cat eye, the removal of my previous Gel-X set took close to an hour, which is much longer than typical. During the prep process, the technician repeatedly ran tools over my cuticles and surrounding skin in a painful manner, and I had to ask her to be more gentle. Keep in mind it was only 2 other people in the salon. She skip so many steps!!!! why do I have to keep reminding you how to do your job properly all she did was shake her head and smile and said ok like she was going to do it never did. Still have hard Calluse on the bottom on my feet which she clearly felt and still ignore. Didn't file completely skip the buffering. Before you fill anything you suppose to file it down skip polish is uneven just horrible. Time for them to close

I wanted to try this place and I am so glad I did. They were so professional, friendly and accommodating. They weren't pushy trying to upsell you anything. They are also very affordable and in a convenient location! 10/10 recommend!
