Came to look at gear, but ended up walking out with a Stacyc. Mike in the accessories section went above and beyond to make my little guy a happy customer and start his adventure in motorcycles!!! I bought 2 Super Chiefs from the Langley shop for my wife and I. My sales rep was great up until the sale was complete. Now he barely makes eye contact with my wife and I. Now to further more in making this over all experience even more frustrating, we had our bikes in there for service Sept 9th and one of the saddle bags got ripped. I have yet to hear from the service depart or the service manager regarding a replacement. I’ve called numerous times and left messages with the manager, crickets is all I get.
