I called to make an appointment and whoever was behind the reception desk kept picking up the phone and hanging up in my face THREE TIMES!!!! When I called back multiple times they just let it ring to voicemail. This is beyond unprofessional and no wonder this place has 2 stars for a review. You will never have a flourishing business in this world if that is the way you treat people who call you!
The Doc is GREAT. I always use Dr. Rensimer for international travel. The staff is horrible. 20 days ago I requested a prescription and a copy of my vaccination record. After a week and no response I called and was put off. After another week of no response I called and was put off. Today my prescription was finally ready. STILL NO WORD on my vaccination record.
The doctor is one of the best. He is extremely knowledgeable through and caring. I have been seeing him for 20 years with my travels.
