オーストラリアに来てすぐで、どこの医療機関に行こうか迷っていたところ、日本語医療センターの存在を知り今回受診しました。私は英語が苦手でしたが、ここは通訳の方もいるのでとても助かりました。初めての受診にも関わらずスタッフの方々は親切で、気持ちよく対応して頂き安心して受診する事ができました。
受診の際にお医者さんから英語で医療用語を説明されても理解するのが難しく、より不安になってしまいますが こちらでは、スタッフの方が日本語で解りやすく通訳していただけるのでとても安心です。 いつも親切に対応していただき大変助かっています。有難うございます。

I do not usually post negative reviews, however unfortunately recently had a very poor experience with the Japanese-speaking receptionist. They were unhelpful and coldly ridiculed when I asked about a statement on their website, which was misleading. I short, the website says something like “In Australia one usually must see a GP first, but at this clinic you will be able to access each of the following specialties…” However, one should note that they do not have any specialist doctors there, as was coldly pointed out by the... read more
