I have been in the automotive industry for more than 50 years. I wanted to do something different and then I met Dan McGowan - he is a big shot and a master in the world of industrial HVAC - he took the time to teach me how to troubleshoot/diagnose and repair chillers and all kinds of HVAC units. My experience is that, in the world of HVAC the McGowans are highly skilled, extremely reliable, extremely knowledgeable, extremely professional, friendly, down to earth and willing to help others.
Came out next day, super good communication/scheduling. Assessed the situation quickly but needed to go pick up a part. Kept in contact until part was picked up (same day) came back and finished the job. Great service. Would hire again.
I would recommend these guys to anybody they are very professional and polite and they did their job quickly and efficiently and they even emptied the tank completely for me because I asked him to it was not something that was necessary for the job I just wanted it done and they helped me out
BEST company to hire if you want to get ripped off. Bring your service elsewhere. You'll be happy you did! :)
I would like to say thank you to technicians Darren and Mike for the great service that we received. The workers were friendly even with my children under their feet. They called before arrival and came on time.
