Mr Dan McGowan told me that I will be making substantially more money than I ever have made before. He trained me and when he went back to Michigan - I took care of several chiller service calls. Promises promises - I recommend nobody should trust this snow bird.
I have been in the automotive industry for more than 50 years. I wanted to do something different and then I met Dan McGowan - he is a big shot and a master in the world of industrial HVAC - he took the time to teach me how to troubleshoot/diagnose and repair chillers and all kinds of HVAC units. My experience is that, in the world of HVAC the McGowans are highly skilled, extremely reliable, extremely knowledgeable, extremely professional, friendly, down to earth and willing to help others.
Came out next day, super good communication/scheduling. Assessed the situation quickly but needed to go pick up a part. Kept in contact until part was picked up (same day) came back and finished the job. Great service. Would hire again.
