Incredibly wonderful individuals! Fast loading
Inconsistent product. The bottom of every single shower base on my Jobsite is warped and I’m having to use shims or a mud bed to get the bases set. I’ve got nearly 500 like this and IMI doesn’t think it’s a problem, in fact they told me to shim the bases(which effectively means there’s NO SUPPORT). Our representative can barely articulate any kind of coherent sentence and I’m just utterly disgusted with the lack of put into making this product.
