This dealerships service department has been holding my vehicle hostage for over a month! I've paid them and they refuse to put my vehicle back together so I can pick it up. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!
They are so nice when you come in to buy a vehicle but once you buy a vehicle they don't care! From the top to service, which is the worst I've ever experienced. Waiting for over 2 weeks for brakes to be replaced but according to them they don't have the parts and I have to wait, God forbid I have an accident. My vehicle is only 6 months old, 2023 Sportage and the rotors are all warped. Thumping sound coming from front end. After calls to this dealership still no response.

Buyer Beware. If I can give zero stars I would. My current lease is about to be up and I have decided to buy it out. I know rates are high so I applied through my bank before hand to see what kind of rate they would give me. I got a better rate through them than the dealer could offer. I was already APPROVED for this, not PRE-APPROVED. I showed the sales associate the email and he wrote down my approval #. We waited over and hour for them to tell us that "per the sales manager" they are no longer allowing lease buyout loans ... read more
Service was no service! They refused to do an oil change for my vehicle after I called and was told to come in Monday through Friday for the express service, only to be told they do not do it on Thursday!!!!!!!! The so-called service manager ****** informed my wife when she called and asked why that she was sorry and do not interrupt her or she would hang up! What an inconvenience to drive 45 minutes one way to be turned away with no thought!
This dealership will tell you that you have a dirty air filter, even though your air filter was just replaced, or did not need to be replaced. I just changed both filters on my car a few weeks before my appointment for my oil change. The technician then comes out with a dirty filter telling the customer it needs to be replaced. This is a SCAM to get money out of the customer. I also have a issue with them lying to me telling me I needed unnecessary repairs, even though I know the repairs that they are suggesting was already ... read more
