terrible experience, i was looking at a 2018 kia optima and was scheduled for a test drive today 9/28 and they even called me to confirm i was coming and when we showed up up to the dealership said the car was sold last night on 9/27 and wasted time then we looked at another kia we were interested in and i was pre approved for and when i went in they said they couldn't get me into it and tried to offer me a higher loan for 18k-22k and tried to pressure me into a $500-700 car note then we asked if they could jump our car and ... read more
Bought a used ******* Palisade and specifically asked about issues with the engine. Was told to buy a warranty because itll cover any issues! Just over a year later and its burning oil like crazy. Started with them checking it over and they confirmed its burning oil but they wont do anything to assist. Repeatedly push me off to ******* and basically say not their problem.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Read the negative reviews regarding their customer service after the fact. They NO longer care about the customer after the ink is signed. As an ****** Business Owner, I would never treat my customers the way I've been treated today. IF you do decide to buy a car from them, make sure to have everything completed before you sign the final contract and don't buy the Friends and Family add-on they try to sell you, it is so much cheaper to get them done elsewhere.
This dealership owes me money. For 6 months Ive been getting the run around. No return calls and not answering my calls. All I want is my money. After they get your money, they treat you like sh**!!!!! Thoroughly disgusted. I will not recommend ANYONE to purchase here. I purchased a ******* from Courage Kia in November 2024. By the time I took it in for my first oil change at 97k the oil lamp sensor was not working properly. The car was also using a lot of oil(3 quarts in 1000 miles. I have had 2 oil consumption tests done by ***** ********* ******* because Courage Kia said it was a known issue that needed to be handled by *******. I went to the Daytona Kia dealership looking to trade my car in but I didn't necessarily need a new vehicle but the salesman insisted I get the 2025 K4 which I did,we discussed the prices and agreed on a monthly payment price,he handed my correct information to finance..I traded my vehicle in because they were doing a $6,000 push pull or drag,after signing all my documents I was told to say I put a certain down payment amount that I didn't actually do. Very good, but I wish we had reviewed details further together. Since I was looking at similar trucks, I lost or got confused with the difference in options in the trucks.
