Avoid Morris and David by IJM Inc. I bought my wife a diamond bracelet, and in just 7 months two diamonds fell out. Robert Davydov, the manager, first said I could pay for repairs, then lied about not being able to reach his boss, only to later offer a partial credit. I refused—this is a defective product. I’ve lost all trust, and they still won’t give a full refund. Poor quality, dishonest communication, and zero accountability.

They have the nicest designs and best quality. I am very happy with my purchase and I would buy Morris & David again. I bought one of their pieces for my wife from Lord & Taylor and she has been wearing it everyday and she loves it.
