The products at IHI are very good, reflecting careful supplier selection. The service is what keeps customers returning. When a problem arises, as they sometimes do, IHI personnel don't hesitate to try to fix it. IHI is clearly invested in customer satisfaction and retention. Both sales consultants Patrice and Scott reflect this commitment when they work with you.
Minus 10 if possible. My 71 year-old grandmother spent over 40k at this company. The 3 seater sectional she bought had issues with the incline on one end. After TWO YEARS of waiting for parts she went to the store and they told her the part was in but she would have to pay for it. She said it was still under warranty when she ordered the part. DANGEROUS DRIVER ALERT! Today I was driving in waterloo and their vehicle cut me off - no signal to merge! They would have run right into my car WITH MY BABY IN THE BACK SEAT if I didn't realize what was going on! If you're going to be driving a company vehicle and out for delivery you should drive responsibly!
