The staff are very detailed and readily available to help with documentation, appointments, and walk-ins. The doctors are also very good, and the receptionists are professional and know their job. The pharmacy staff are friendly, detailed, professional, and welcoming. The clinic itself is also very clean every time I visit. One area I believe could be improved is listening more closely to patients’ concerns and making everyone feel equally welcomed and respected, regardless of their culture or background. My experience with Dr. Hiba, Dr. Amer, pharmacist Basma, and receptionist Radhiya has been truly wonderful. Dr. Hiba has played a very important role in helping me get relief from pain that I had been suffering from for years through therapeutic Botox treatment.
