As an employee at IHS I feel that I am part of a community and that my work matters. I am treated fairly and people help me when I need something. People here are kind and work well with each other.
One visit was enough. Rude managers, inexperienced cleaner who was late- being given the wrong address by rude manager who denied it- and the cleaner broke my vacuum after using it for 1.25 hours and did not tell me, The company had not prepared the cleaner in advance of the nature of the job and I had to train her myself. She did not know how to vacuum. She gave the impression that she was doing me a favor being here.
