As a CDL-A driver....run!!! Nice equipment but poor management.
Stay away from this place they will use you and let you go fast. I worked here for a week sand blasting, the supervisor Angel is sneaky and will play in your face and will fire you…..she’s a coward and a childish supervisor!!!
This job is the only job where coworkers can threaten each other without getting fired. You will get fired for not going at the pace they want you to though. Hiring staff is cool some of the coworkers are cool as well. Doug the plant supervisor is strange and his wife who works there will get you fired as well. Glad I left this backwards environment.
I’ve been and employee for 3 years as of August 21, 2023. Management has personal issues with employees that come in to work. They don’t like black people. They treat me as if I’m in jail. I try to communicate with these people and they hold some type of grudge and retaliate again me. They have been trying to find reasons to fire me when I know I do amazing work.
