My experience has been overall good working at International Hard Coat. The people are down to earth and there is opportunity to advance/obtain skills there. Front office staff are really nice and helpful. Along with management.

(update had to go before judge to get my unemployment they cannot deny you from going to the doctor it's against the law they have to accept medical excuse plus they didn't follow their own rules no type of warnings I got my money paid in full stay away from this company) Pretty much with everybody is saying The workers get treated like crap makes very little money while managers and supervisor pockets are doing very well didn't like it here after my first week but it was a job doing my orientation I said I had a doctor's ap... read more

I had a bad experience working on the first shift. The supervisor is an arrogant person who treats the staff under her supervision as if they were mentally incompetent. She mistreats and belittles them, consistently using an aggressive tone and never appreciating the work they do, even when they put in effort and achieve good results. She always finds a reason to argue or criticize. She is not qualified to be a supervisor and acts as if she is the only one capable of thinking.
