I love this lady! Cut my hair for years, best fade I’ve ever had I should’ve got her phone number before she retired. Miss ya Nadia!!!
Netty is an old school woman from Russia. She has been in the neighborhood for years and gives fantastic haircuts. Also does old-fashioned curlers and hairdryer sets. She has a great personality and demeanor. Only downside is she doesn't do color. Unfortunately Netty has retired and her place is definitely closed forever.
