we just went to sherman oaks branch to order our foods to bring home, while waiting for our order, I noticed that there are some chaos between customers and massis server as wrong order was given to wrong customers, I observed that servers are busy talking to each other and not paying much attention to their work. Food was good. The counter girl acted as if I was bothering her ,didn't give me my complete order. I had to ask for each item, I need to go somewhere else.
