They are no longer in business. We showed up to the business. There is an out of business sign on the door and the door is locked and the building looks empty.

We had a very similar Experience as Mark‘s review below. Our first experience with countertops in our kitchen in 2022 went well, but our bathroom remodel in 2023 I did not have pleasant experience and I would not recommend doing business with this company. It’s very unfortunate because three people recommended them and our second experience with them did not go well, please see IGS review at Odessa location. Had IGS so countertop at previous residence in 2022 which went well and for that reason selected them to do another install at current residence in 2023-24 and regret having allowed them to do business with us again. Complete 180 degree experience and would NEVER recommend anyone doing business with this company. Non responsive to requests to examine install and false representation on the need for how our countertop was templated and cut. Very unprofessional and unethical.
