The people who did the work were great and I am very happy with the final outcome. However, the communication and coordination with the office was very lacking. It took much longer (10 weeks vs. the 3-4 I was told) to complete the job and it required a good deal of follow up by me.
We were so lucky to work with IGS when decided to change our kitchen countertop. It was a five (may I give ten?) star experience from start to finish. The salesperson Joe explained the process and helped us to pick the best stone. Samantha was great with all the questions and scheduling. And of course, the most nervous part was the installation. Not sure about the quality of work that they do. I do know that whoever this woman was, she was flying through the neighborhood in Westchase. She came flying up on me and rode me pretty close considering we were in a gated residential area with a speed limit of 20. Guarantee, if I hadn’t been in front of her, should would have easily drove 20 over. From concept, design, install and follow up our experience was flawless. I highly recommend this company. We obtained bids from 3 companies and by far IGS full service was great. We loved working with Shaunna with the design.
