Had IGS so countertop at previous residence in 2022 which went well and for that reason selected them to do another install at current residence in 2023-24 and regret having allowed them to do business with us again. Complete 180 degree experience and would NEVER recommend anyone doing business with this company. Non responsive to requests to examine install and false representation on the need for how our countertop was templated and cut. Very unprofessional and unethical.
The people who did the work were great and I am very happy with the final outcome. However, the communication and coordination with the office was very lacking. It took much longer (10 weeks vs. the 3-4 I was told) to complete the job and it required a good deal of follow up by me.
We were so lucky to work with IGS when decided to change our kitchen countertop. It was a five (may I give ten?) star experience from start to finish. The salesperson Joe explained the process and helped us to pick the best stone. Samantha was great with all the questions and scheduling. And of course, the most nervous part was the installation. Not sure about the quality of work that they do. I do know that whoever this woman was, she was flying through the neighborhood in Westchase. She came flying up on me and rode me pretty close considering we were in a gated residential area with a speed limit of 20. Guarantee, if I hadn’t been in front of her, should would have easily drove 20 over.
