I have purchased two watches and received excellent, knowledgeable service. I have also introduced my friends to the store, who have purchased an additional five watches. The fact that we are all repeat customers, speaks to the quality of this establishment.

I have to say the service and quality of jewelry are some of the best I have seen and experience. I purchased my wife's wedding ring and her Rolex from Dana. I visited, asking to assist for a custom made diamond ring, as well as possibly purchasing an additional ruby stone ring. Their attitude was off putting, indifferent and completely not interested in assisting my earnest seriousness in purchases. Impudent and rude, l call this. Obviously, l went elsewhere... there is plenty of competition.
