I visited, asking to assist for a custom made diamond ring, as well as possibly purchasing an additional ruby stone ring. Their attitude was off putting, indifferent and completely not interested in assisting my earnest seriousness in purchases. Impudent and rude, l call this. Obviously, l went elsewhere... there is plenty of competition.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my engagement ring here! Dana and his staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and communicated well throughout the whole process. I would like to tell my story although long I’ll try to tell it quickly. I took my Gucci watch in to see what was wrong with it, I received this watch from my deceased Mother for my 50th bday. The lady at the shop said it was not the battery so they would have to send it out (I believe it was Ontario) to get it fixed. So I waited and waited to hear back from them after 6 weeks at least I called to inquire what was going on. Dana told me that it would cost me $1500.00 to fix, I said no the watch was bought for $500.00 dollars... read more
