I would like to tell my story although long I’ll try to tell it quickly. I took my Gucci watch in to see what was wrong with it, I received this watch from my deceased Mother for my 50th bday. The lady at the shop said it was not the battery so they would have to send it out (I believe it was Ontario) to get it fixed. So I waited and waited to hear back from them after 6 weeks at least I called to inquire what was going on. Dana told me that it would cost me $1500.00 to fix, I said no the watch was bought for $500.00 dollars... read more

Smug and unhelpful. In a competitive market, this is a bad start in criteria to establish, almost immediately.
