Brought a raw diamond in to be tested and wrongfully identified it as not a diamond due to the refractometer. Refractometer cannot test an uneven, uncut and unpolished diamond. So did not impress me with their knowledge
Jack was very helpful. Slid me in for an appraisal appointment last minute and was very thorough, also took time to explain to me what everything means (appraisals, insuring process, depreciation, etc.) which I found very helpful. Highly recommend!
I went in to find out the cost of appraisal, I didn't have anything appraised yet but the receptionist was so kind and so helpful, she went above and beyond for me to find help with other estate information. Based on the reception alone I will definitely bring my items here for appraisal. Thank you.
