Came to IGL for a jewelry appraisal and the service was exceptional! Beautiful waiting room, quick service, and they went above and beyond for a comprehensive appraisal. Some damage was found on one of the diamonds in my ring and they explained its appearance, answered all my questions, and even let me use the microscope to see it for myself. Highly recommend.
Friendly enough but oddly offered total 600 for a 18k 4.43 gram ring and a 22 k 3.36 Brooch of which the regular scrap gold buyer offered 1100 for. Thats a huge difference.
