I have received outstanding service from Chris Simpson, Territory Manager of International Fuel Injection in Boca Raton, Florida. I have bought a lot of engine parts a lot of places all over the country. I have never had a more perfect experience than with Chris Simpson at this supplier. Superior product knowledge, prices and service! That is three out of three! As a great bonus, Chris patiently answered many technical questions, and demonstrated his teaching via disassembling and testing injectors in front of me. An amazing experience from every aspect. You don't need to buy injectors, etc. from anywhere else.
The people at IFI are absolute masters of diesel fuel injection technology. I've had many fuel pumps and injectors tested and rebuilt here over the years and every time I come here, I end up learning something new about how my equipment operates just by talking to Chris for a few minutes. If you're having trouble figuring out your diesel issues, the folks here won't have any trouble at all helping you out!
The shop rebuilt and repaired my injection pump years ago on my Kawasaki Mule. I had the machine parked for 2 years and the fuel went bad. They gladly answered the phone and gave me a couple pointers. I wanted to provide a follow up, I had no throttle responce, it would only idle and raise maybe 50 to 100 rpm above idle. I ended up cleaning the tank, new filters and fuel additive.
