Been going here for over 5 years with my food truck. They know this is my livelihood, so they get it in and fixed as fast as possible. If there is a problem, it's usually because of outside sources, can't wait to see what it will be like in 2025, screwing up getting parts to IFS!! Fixing cars and diesel trucks is not a cheap expense. I find them to be fair with the estimate and final cost. Everything is costly but it is something that needs to be done. They blocked me in with the company truck say they waiting on a payment
Completely perfect comunication, understanding people and fast service!
They charged me twice for a poorly done alignment and they screwed up my tires. I do not recommend anyone to go to that shop. The best thing is to report it to the DOT. The alignment is not a game, it is something dangerous. You only charge without doing the job well. You just give excuses that everything is fine. We will see what they say with the DOT. Later I will upload the photos of the front alignment so you can see the bad job they did and I paid almost 600 dollars. Remember, they charged me again.
Horrible experience with this company. Bad communication, did not honor pricing, came back asking for more payment after the invoice was allegedly settled. When we had a question about a warranty issue, their response was "I don't know" and gave us an 800 number to call. Would not recommend.
