I cannot recommend International Fire under any circumstances, especially for HOAs or property managers in San Francisco. Our experience was a months-long ordeal of incompetence, project abandonment, and a complete failure of professional communication that put our building's safety in an unresolved state. Our 4-unit condo building needed to upgrade our fire alarm system to add active monitoring.
