I believe that what is happening here is that a group of scammers are using the International Finance Corp as a convenient rouse to get monies from unsuspecting individuals. By promising a loan or grant in large amounts, a specified sum of money is requested and is to be forwarded to them for tax purposes. Even though I personally know one individual on their list of recipients and that person got the specified amount of money, yet there is something that still sticks in the back of my mind that there is something not right.... read more
