Wow I’m shocked after reading most of these reviews, all I’m going to say is that I respect everyone’s opinions and experiences. Here is mine, I’ve been taking my kids here since they were born, oldest is 5 y/o. Doctors are great, of course there are some that are more delicate, focused, and more knowledgeable than others and I believe that’s everywhere else. Went to our first appointment today after our nicu discharge. Our baby has significant issues from trauma at birth. Dr was very attentive and thorough in her examination, got us referred to some specialists, and very personable.
IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR AN OFFICE THAT ALLOWS NO/DELAYED VAX GO TO DUKE ON SAGE RD I have sat on this review for a while but I feel it is my responsibility as a parent to warn other parents about this clinic. First drawback for me was that there are NO computers, which means there’s no access to MyChart which means no records readily available to me as a parent. The owner is rude, sarcastic, and highly disrespectful. We just moved here 6 months ago from South Dakota and have been coming here for 6 months. Never had an issue until today. Our baby’s one year appointment was at 12:45 but as usual, we waited in the waiting room for 10 minutes. The nurses saw us then left. All we needed were his shots. We were waiting for someone to come in for 25 minutes so I peaked my head out to ask what was going on.
