Terrible dental hygiene service! I will never come back!
I wish I were writing a very different review, because many of the staff at this clinic are genuinely excellent. People like Dr. Au, hygienists YuJeong and Guofang, along with the dental assistants, left a very positive impression on me. They are professional, civilized, efficient, and kind. They show that this clinic is fully capable of offering human-centered and respectful care. That is exactly why this review is disappointing to write.
