Highly recommend International Diamond Center, especially over some other the other popular chain jewelry places where you're not guaranteed authentic diamonds. Robert helped me design a beautiful 2.10 carat diamond ring as well as a gold heart pendant inlayed with our children's birth stone for our 11th year anniversary. Robert's ability to interpret what I was describing I wanted into reality was phenomenal as well as his attention to detail and customer service throughout the build process!

I worked with Garth Francis throughout the process of picking out an engagement ring. This process spanned what seemed like a few weeks time. He gave me his cell number to contact him with any questions I had and I did take him up on that. He researched loose diamonds that other IDC locations had for a diamond that fit what I was looking for. This was to expand the amount of diamonds I could choose from and compare to one another.
