Reason for 3 stars only because they have to load you one roll at the time no forklift. But the people here are nice and they do the best they can to load you quick
Arrived at 2pm, they started loading immediately. Parking is tight

I don’t know why they took very long time. It’s almost 3 hour. I’m standing here if you guys take order from customer, you should make a product ready you know Broker said this is a hot load. They will load you right away. I’m here for last three hours, and I’m still not done. I don’t know what’s going on here for truckers. Please avoid to come here. also, I go to Office 7 AM when I come Office is close. Nobody there after that. I go there by 8:30. Nobody there Office still close and right now is almost 945. Terrible experience here! Every truck that pulls in gets loaded or unloaded while I sit in a dock for hours n hours. Told to sit in truck and wait till it's done.....
