Yesterday April 16th around 12:30 I have went there and I run the doorbell and the first thing that was said to me was I told you we don't do donations here it was my first time ever showing up there they mistaken me for a different black male and then I had the door closed on me

On Aug 2nd at 2:53 pm ET, I called on behalf of a friend whose English is his fourth language, and was promptly interrupted and told that they do not speak to second parties. Nothing about receiving permission from the first party, just "we don't speak to second parties." Yet my friend has to call in broken English just to prove he can't speak it well, then all of a sudden the receptionist changes her tune when she hears that, along with being nice to the other "second party" I had speak for him, since she was rude not 20 mi... read more
This organization is bad I bought from them one time and my at home kit was broken. The second time I ordered from them i reqest the sperm to be delivered to a clinic, I called ahead to get genetic test results and I was unable to get them ahead of time and was told I would have to wait for arrival. when it was shipped to the clinic the genetic testing was insufficient and the clinic refused to do the insemination. If you are in the USA do not order.
