Unfortunately Jodie was very unprofessional. My son has state insurance I guess services have been paused due to the state funding services but the way she she brought that to my attention was like I was a bother for following up on my son's referral for a reevaluation. It is so unfortunate that people can be unprofessional and rude. Know your job, know your facts and know customer service.

I use to work with this company through DHS, I had a great Supervisor/ Case manager, her name was Jennifer she was good at doing her job.
We work with Jacquelyn and she is wonderful. She makes the process less intimidating and is great at listening and knowing when my daughter needs to transition and do something else. She makes it easy and is very encouraging and knowledgeable.
Very Awesome!!! Jack PT worked with my preemie baby for a little over a year and got her right where we need her and the goals met!! He’s very patient and passionate about what he do with the kids!! Thanks again for the GREAT work!!!
