Been waiting for a part to come in for 1 1/2 months. Called them for the 4th time today and was told it was still on back-order from "their distributors" Palm Chevrolet to be exact. Funny thing is, I called Palm Chevrolet, and the part will be here in the morning and according to them, it has never been back ordered, or ordered by international. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. They helped me make arrangements for a rental car with Enterprise, which is right in the same building. They kept me informed and I am happy to say my car looks better than it did before the accident. The paint matches perfectly and it was cleaned inside and out. Thank you for very much! Toyota said it would be $1300 to fix the scratches on my car "the right way" ($800 to skimp). Bill at International Auto Body said it would be $600 (to do it 'the right way') or possibly less if he could buffer out a few of the scratches and didn't need to repaint that section. Ended up closer to $300, looks perfect, and Bill gave me a ride home when I dropped the car off. Toyota also predicted a week in the shop and Bill had it done in two days. Thanks
