Completely unprofessional and incredibly lazy. Half of the office is talking amongst themselves not helping any of the drivers regardless of picking up or delivering. Good luck trying to get any help or any kind of guidance, the workers don't even speak English. If this how our government operates then God help us all
Why does the driver have to wait an hour in the cage and then stand by the door another hour or two while the entire trailer is loaded? Everyone then goes home, and the driver has to drive for another 11 hours.
