My father in law passed away in February and we were due to go to London in August on a Beatles tour (his lifelong dream). I had called an air freighter on two occasions to enquire about transporting human ashes (we are taking a portion to Liverpool UK to scatter them). The airline freighter told me twice it was acceptable cargo, and that the documentation would be completed when I submitted them at the freight office.
