Oh my God it was so hot in the lobby I thought I was going to pass out had to go sit in the car to recover. 105 out side at 19:00 felt like 80 in this place
The front desk guy who answers has no customer service skills and is very rude.
Seems weird that Doctor will not allow another person to be on the room, other than the patient. My mother is 88 yrs old and I have to be with her constantly, Doctor will not allow this...Hmmmm...what is going on closed doors? No longer seeing this Dr. Not to mention wait time of 10 hrs on our first 2 visits. PFFF...
The wait is long but for the time and detail-oriented Dr. Dim I would wait the whole day. Dr. Dim cares about his patients and treats them with the attention they deserve.
