We bought a used car with a few issues, but the sales manager Al really helped take care of us and did not try to up-charge us. The owner was also very understanding and helped mend the issues, making sure there was a good customer relationship, doing their best to make the situation right. Overall a good experience and I would trust them to service my vehicle in the future.
We service 3 vehicles with International. Our first experience was our 2004 CRV that rode like a conestoga wagon on a cobblestone street. We took it to Honda and numerous other shops. No one could figure out the problem and we wasted a ton of money. I took it to International for a oil change. They called me and mentioned how bad it rode and asked if I'd like them to take a closer look. I figured why not? One more shop without answers was expected. I was wrong.
