Worked with a new sales rep, so unfortunately dealt with the new sales rep experience. Overall the experience was disorganized, frustrating and disappointing. Inquired about a BMW 5 series and ultimately knew more about the vehicle and the history behind it than he did. Due to the lack of experience the vehicle was sold despite the fact that there was already an active deal pending (me).
