I had to replace my bumper on my Toyota Sienna. The staff was so friendly. I received a warm greeting when I waked in. My vehicle was inspected within minutes to assess the damage, estimate repair and time. My van was available for pick ahead of time. The workmanship looks great. It looks brand new.
Everyone was friendly and professional. I definitely recommend International Auto Crafters for your auto repairs. They worked directly with our insurance company which was very helpful. The only time I had to contact/work with the insurance company was when I made the claim, IAC did the rest.
Always friendly and were willing to work with accommodating my work schedule needs for planning when I could make it in for an appointment!
