Last year I was residing at the Arc on Armour. Today I'm moving into my beautiful apartment at the International. I came back to MacProperties because of the staff! The management team as a whole are personable, knowledgeable, professional and fast to respond to residents needs. They also will hang large curtains for you! The office staffers are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They're always warm and welcoming. I also feel safe in any apartment houses managed by MacProperties. They know what they're doing.

UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONIST Last week, there was an attempted theft of my bike, which I park in the designated bicycle area at the International Building parking lot. Although my bike was securely locked, the thief broke the lock and attempted to steal it but fortunately did not succeed. What compelled me to write this review, however, was the disappointing response from the receptionist in the building’s office. Bellerive's heaters are like overenthusiastic campfires. AC? Only when the sun decides to throw a tantrum. And fans? They're just practicing their mime routines. My complaints are like unopened emails—they get resolved without anyone actually reading them. And the maintenance person? Well, they're on a two-week sabbatical to 'Fix-it-Eventually Land'.

Claudio worked diligently to repair damaged drywall and paint and completed the work with minimal disruption in our apartment. Thanks to Claudio and the Mac team for getting this done quickly.
