Absolutely horrible experience they do not have any decency or care for the tenants. I will start by staying they gave us a 1 month notice that they would be raising the rent from $1945 a month to $2395 a month. When we tried to negotiate a fair rent, the lowest they would go was $2285 a month. This does not include utilities or the trash removal fee.
