Absolutely horrible experience they do not have any decency or care for the tenants. I will start by staying they gave us a 1 month notice that they would be raising the rent from $1945 a month to $2395 a month. When we tried to negotiate a fair rent, the lowest they would go was $2285 a month. This does not include utilities or the trash removal fee. Speaking of the trash removal fee, the office often forgets to send out the invoices, causing a backup in payment and then will send you a bill for the lump sum of trash fees ... read more

Do not rent here. Do not rent here. Management is unprofessional and awful. Lived there for a year and had constant problems with needing things to be fixed and no one showing up or calling us back. Only have an answering service so you can’t get ahold of anyone. Townhouses have to pay for their own water and trash removal. Had mold in our dishwasher and instead of fixing it, they tried saying that it was our fault because maintenance lied and said we “dismantled” it. Kicked us out because we continued to ask them to fix it ... read more

Read before signing We've been renting here for about 7 months, our experience was good at first but has continually gone downhill. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of one is because the price for rent is relatively reasonable considering the market. But for me, I will be moving out once the lease is up regardless. To put it briefly if something in your apartment breaks, you'll be calling maintenance 3 times and it might get fixed 2 weeks later, this property is also full of red tape about what you cant do in common ... read more

Wonderful New Home I moved to International Apartments recently and want to share why this property is a must see for those seeking a comfortable, safe and very modern new home. The renovations in the units are a lot more than just paint, new carpets, etc. Their upgrades include granite kitchen counter tops, beautiful cabinets, new appliances, LED recessed lighting, ceiling fans, tub enclosure (no more scrubbing tiles), beautiful crown molding and much more. Awesome My husband and I just moved here and we love it! The apartments are beautiful, cozy, and it’s in a great location. The amenities are awesome and we feel super safe here. The manager, Ali, has been extremely accomidating and beyond helpful with helping me and my husband find the right apartment for us. It shows daily that she really cares about her job. Will not Rent there again The good side: 1. It is in a good place, It has lots of Markets near it . 2. Free heat and Water The bad side : 1. They charged me hugely on we let a new member in our apartment .The thing is we informed before letting him live with us. They did not told us anything about if it needs charge us. They just let the new guy move in and charge us after the lease is over. When our friend living with us , they also asked us to let him to contact them for a parking lot ticket. You violated many provisions in the lease and turned your place into a boarding house in violation of the lease. in fact you lured another friend of yours to break his lease to stay in your 2 bedroom unit which was already at full capacity so you could gain money from him. BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES. I moved to international apartment thinking that it will be cheaper for me as heat and water is included. I was told that in case I broke lease I need to either pay till any new tenancy came in. Unfortunately I need to leave before completion of my contract period. Thus when I talked to them they were not very happy with my decision and they asked for full proof. Including letter from my employer. This person signed a 1 year lease, but knew when they signed the 1 year lease they were only staying a few months, but failed to disclose that fact to us. We will allow a lease break but, the renter is responsible for all fees and costs to clean and re-rent the apartment to a new person. We sign a contract and you sign a contract and we both must honor the lease contract.
