A bunch of lazy individuals who allow an unhelpful robot to lead you on a sprawl of unanswered questions at the end of the day.
Had been there yesterday with my kids and spouse for ITIN application and filing tax returns. Took around 40 mins. Had accidently left my spouse passport and front desk lady was kind enough to bring to us in car parking. can't believe on other low star ratings. It was good visit for me.
We have tried making an appointment by phone as instructed and we have not yet been able to get anyone to answer. We call 4 to 5 times a day everyday for the past 3 weeks. We can't go up there because all your going to tell us is to call and make an appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous, if you want people to call then answer your phones.
The reps have nasty attitudes like they didn’t have a choice to pick where they work at ask to speak to a manager so i could make a complaint for some reason everybody have different managers idk who made that smart idea if you dont like your job find a different one
