Why is there only one person handling the front desk and an appointment list with twelve people scheduled to be seen? The woman at the front desk said she was the only one there and she was the only one seeing the people listed on the appointment sheet? Who is running the IRS at this location? Because I find it very difficult to understand that the entire population in district 1 of South Carolina is forced into only having one person handling all operations at our local IRS department? Concerned tax payer.
Only 1 person working and they take lunch from 12-1 hours do not reflect google. Everything you need is by appointment only and you cant make an appointment. Make that make sense
The 800 # is useless. if you’re trying to speak to someone personally. The options they’re providing doesn’t have anything to do with what you’re calling for. So they’ll tell you that they can’t transfer you to anyone. Until see what you’re calling for. Got me hot right now because the letter clearly says call this #
