Had been there yesterday with my kids and spouse for ITIN application and filing tax returns. Took around 40 mins. Had accidently left my spouse passport and front desk lady was kind enough to bring to us in car parking. can't believe on other low star ratings. It was good visit for me.
We have tried making an appointment by phone as instructed and we have not yet been able to get anyone to answer. We call 4 to 5 times a day everyday for the past 3 weeks. We can't go up there because all your going to tell us is to call and make an appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous, if you want people to call then answer your phones.
The reps have nasty attitudes like they didn’t have a choice to pick where they work at ask to speak to a manager so i could make a complaint for some reason everybody have different managers idk who made that smart idea if you dont like your job find a different one
The place is an absolute disgrace the security guy is trigger happy wants to put a pensioner in cuffs the lady at the front desk doesn't even know what a W9 form is and there's a guy wondering around thinking he owns the building total tyrant I'm making a formal complaint for threatening behavior from security and dissemination hopefully Mr Trump and Mr Musk fire these 3 tyrants they're a total waste of tax payers money . DISGRACEFUL !!!!
I had a chance to visit the Local IRS office in Charleston after the President’s Day of 2025. It’s fast security checkpoint. Fast service by the counter, I thought I have to have an appointment for business tax’s purposes. Great customer service, both at security checkpoint and the document desk. Thanks for the most convenience service!
