Walked in to ask if they could provide what I needed. They confirmed they could but I would need an appointment, mind blowing considering there were zero people waiting. After an hour on hold with the nationwide IRS number that you have to use to schedule an appointment, I was told they are completely booked until 22 days from today which I find impossible considering not a single person in the lobby waiting today.
Still haven't paid me 2023 federal tax returns. I paid 11k in income tax that year and only made 90, but that was not enough? Uno reverse card I now owe them 8,000 with intrest and fees

A bunch of lazy individuals who allow an unhelpful robot to lead you on a sprawl of unanswered questions at the end of the day.
Had been there yesterday with my kids and spouse for ITIN application and filing tax returns. Took around 40 mins. Had accidently left my spouse passport and front desk lady was kind enough to bring to us in car parking. can't believe on other low star ratings. It was good visit for me.
