Not only is taxation theft, but they cant even make their theft program efficient. If you want to wait for hours just to talk to a human, then talk to someone who is depressed and gets upset at you with zero customer service skills or knowledge what theyre talking about, after being on hold for 4 hours, this is your place!
So I owe like 5000 dollars in back taxes from 2019. I filed my 2023 taxes in August 2023 I got an extension. I checked online after all that bull crap verifying and stuff it's being processed I filed 2023 seven months ago and it's still being processed smh. Did not let me speak to a representative. I asked countless times to speak to a representative, and would not transfer me to a representative. Worst customer service ever. 🤡
Until the IRS staffs a person to answer questions about the money I'm giving them, they don't deserve a damn cent.
