The IRS lost/misplaced a quarterly payment I made and instead of a refund I received a due notice for 2021 which carried over to 2022. I’m out thousands of $s. I was referred to this location for assistance. I showed up at this location prepared to discuss identity theft during the posted business hours. The doors were locked and the signage showed CLOSED. I would not recommend looking to this location for IRS Assistance.
