Had an appointment at 1:30 I’m pregnant and I needed to use the bathroom, but they have codes on the bathroom and there’s nobody in the entire building to open the door for me to go to the bathroom Why would they have the doors unlocked if there’s nobody in the entire building?

Extremely rude over the phone. Called the Muncie Indiana location and the woman was rude & hung up without providing any information when I asked.
