The employees didn't work honestly. I have been sat there for more than 2 hours and they didn't even recall my no. Although when I entered there were only 2 people had signed prior. I'm very sorry to enter this place.
This place sucks indeed.. . U gotta wait for hours ...and wait ...and wait...u come here to pay taxes and u gotta wait alot just to pay lol
Horrible, 2 hours and counting, no number is getting called, crazy... Federal workers at there best
Terrible service . I had to wait from 8:30 am until 12:00 pm and still i wasn't called. Alot of people are over here just waiting to ba called but nobody is.
she was so inhuman to her Handicap coworker.. I can't not find a local phone number to call and Complaint about her. help if you can
Fast service, nice people, and ample parking space. I only wish they have longer office hours or is open on a Saturday.
I give you points for having an answering machine but are you aware IT DOES NOT WORK? It instructs you to go to " *H " for help. When you go to *h, it simply repeats itself again and again, no help ever arrives. Once again, if it's that important that we pay our taxes, expend a little energy and FIX THE MACHINE!!!
Don't bother to call, they never answer the phone and it IS during business hours. If they are so busy, get an answering machine like the rest of us! If it's that important that we pay our taxes, they should make themselves accessible!
I had to visit the IRS office to get documentation and found this office very helpful and very nice. Also the wait was almost non-existant.
