I was getting frustrated trying to get in touch with the IRS because they owed my parents estate money - after hours on the phone I finally spoke with a woman about making an appt. - even though there is an office here where I live they do not take appointments so I was given the choice of Boston (ugh) - Brockton (ugh) or Nashua - (Yeah). I came today to obtain couple transcripts and the staff were very professional even that I didn't have an appointment. They took care of me in less than 5 minutes. I'm very happy with the service and knowledge. A++++
traveled there and when i arrived they informed me i need an appointment for a 5 minute question about a 2290 form not even taxes i would of literraly took a total 10 minutes of there time all my paperwork was done just had 2 questions when i got there there was nobody there all representatives were talking amongst themselves laughing and joking mr security guy was at the door doing nothing another employee that was getting paid for doing nothing., i couldnt beleive it they were helping or waiting on nobody nobody was there ... read more
Miss Albert #1000226829 should be fired. Terrible with Taxpayers calling for assistance. The same taxpayers that pay HER salary and benefits. Young, smug and inexperienced. Management: Listen to her recorded calls to check up on her.
Worst office ever, no professionalism , nor care for the public, these supposed public employees have it so good they don't worry about job security! No one to communicate for questions on the phone!
Is been my 3rd year with same problem .main office (over the phone) refer to your local office & was worthless . Waste of time. Before was with a number to get service (DMV system) now you go and they tell U that need appointment to be help. The IRS in Cincinnati is a joke. I have called Ms Hampton numerous times. No phone call back. However she feels she can take money out of MY bank account for my fiances taxes. I am not married and they have no right to go after my money. I was told a week ago if i fax my pay stub the funds will be released. A week later no call back and no money. Its a joke. I will be their mondayvyp speak to a supervisor. Unacceptable that IRS tbinks they are above anyone else!! What a joke!
The Louisville office of the IRS is worthless. They can not accept your tax return. They can not help you figure out how much tax you owe. They can not answer your questions. Stay away. Stay far away.
