Very helpful and nice customer service and hopefully it would work what I came for.
WiFi was down when I get in for about 2-3 hours my appointment was at 9:30 I got seen at 10:50 ish which was great. Cooper was a blessing very sweet and helpful thank you guys so much !

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience trying to get help with my 2024 tax return and EV tax credit at this IRS office. I visited during one of the advertised “open days” where no appointment was required, only to be turned away right at opening and told that no one in the office could help and that I needed to go to another location. My partner and I have been to this office and other offices three times trying to get an Amended tax return revised from the previous year. We went in on the days that is suppose to be "no appointment needed", got turned away. Made an Appointment, waited a month and now you cancel it without reason. It has been over a year. WE call, we went in and they sent us to a different office. That office turned us down. This is a simple fix and it is just the order of the names that keeps getting sent back.
