I came to this office to drop off some paperwork. No appointment was necessary, and the staff was very helpful. I'm glad to know this office is here and I won't hesitate to come by again in the future if needed.
I filed my taxes this year of February 2025 to find out someone else did in my name. When I reported it to the IRS all they gave me was a confirmation number for when I do file and I have still not received my tax refund. I have gone in to verify myself twice now after waiting 9 weeks each time. They sent my mail to another address. An address I never gave them.
