Well another bad experience here at this location Nicoles did set appt for me and had good customer service. But the representative Ken is not helpful one bit he kept telling me that the process will have to start all over again to receive my refund. These locations are not helpful to the people at all. They have my documents since the 6th of June processed my information on July than needed to verify my identity on the 3rd of August and now I am still waiting for my refund to come. I was so nervous going into an IRS Building but Nicholas M. Made it so smooth and easy. Hes so helpful and his voice is so calming. I would give him 10 stars . Ty again Nicholas M.
Very helpful service representatives. They helped me to figure out what the IRS did wrong and gave me clear instructions on how to start the process to fix things. Sadly, the taxpayer assistance center workers cannot correct even the simplest error. They do a great job with giving advice and receiving forms or payments.
