Had a great experience at this location. Went in for assistance removing a 1095-A form that was voided due to a back date of coverage. The staff were extremely helpful especially David identifying docs needed and assisting sending in the information via mail.
Impossible to get anyone in the phone, the AI refuses to transfer you
We made an appointment and met with Ken. He was amazing and so helpful with getting all the documents we needed. He was very kind and thoughtful about our situation and made the whole experience wonderful!
Agents are experienced and professional but the fact that after being open for 1 hour they literally tell you "due to high call volume and the topic you selected, we aren't offering this service right now. Goodbye" and proceeds to hang up on you. IRS is a joke of a system because they can't handle simple change overs. My options are to call or snail mail. Why not digitally over the web?
