I filed my taxes this year of February 2025 to find out someone else did in my name. When I reported it to the IRS all they gave me was a confirmation number for when I do file and I have still not received my tax refund. I have gone in to verify myself twice now after waiting 9 weeks each time. They sent my mail to another address. An address I never gave them. Made the appointment was in and out the only bad thing was calling the appointment line to get the appointment.
Shout out to “Ken White” he’s the man. I didn’t struggle at all. I came in without an appointment and was out within an hour. Don’t believe everything you hear or read about this place. Even the people next to me were getting great service. Just make sure you have your documents ready to go and they’ll take it from there.
