You need to do something about this system. Poorly designed and not helpful at all.
I mean what is there to say? It's the IRS. They expect you to pay them on time but yet hold your refund and give you the run around for months. I filed 1/19 and they won't even let me verify my identity without traveling a hour and a half away. Each way. I would say wouldn't recommend but you all don't got a choice sadly.
There phone menu is garbage and they didn't release my money when they said they would
